Yes, although there is a specific travel fee for every city depending on how far away our team has to travel.
Yes, but once again please be aware that due to rising gas prices and the possible need for an extra truck and labor that travel fees can be quite high. Please call our office for a current quote.
We can set up on grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, bark, asphalt, and concrete. We will set up on certain types of rock. Please call our office to discuss and request that we bring extra tarps, as the constant rubbing of the inflatable vinyl against the rocks can cause wear and punctures.
That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive 1-3 hours before your rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 4+ hours in advance. Sometimes even a day early! If this is the case, we will contact you beforehand to confirm.
No. The inflatables should be cleaned and sanitized before you use them. Rocklin Bounce House Rentals cleans and disinfects after every rental.
Yes. A blower keeps air in the inflatable unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That's why we require an outlet within 50 feet of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords.
We love setting up at parks but most parks do NOT have electricity. If you want to set up at a park, you must rent a generator. We rent generators at a reasonable cost.

Yes all orders require a 50% Credit Card deposit. They are fully refundable if you cancel your order at least 3 days prior to your rental date. If you cancel within 3 days of your rental you will be given a rain check that is good for 1 year.
Please note that we do require a Minimum Payment up front upon checkout that is not refundable, but will be credited toward the full balance. If you cancel within the 3 days prior to the event, we will retain that Minimum Payment in a Raincheck, good for one full year toward a future event. If you cancel before the 3 days leading up to the Event, your full balance can be refunded or placed in a Raincheck, whichever you prefer.
Most of our inflatables are 13'x13.' Our combos (bounce house with slide) are normally 13'x26.' And our waterslides are about 13'x20'x26.' Please note however the space required for each inflatable (listed near the large picture) as some are VERY big and require extra space. When in doubt, measure your space to make sure it will fit. Inflatables need room to be staked and they need room for the blower and can't rub against walls or trees as this may damage the inflatable. If you have stairs or a tiered backyard, please call our office to discuss options for setup.
Check the requirements listed with each inflatable. Also, make sure you have at least 4 feet of access to the area where it will be set up. The inflatables can weigh up to 650 pounds so we need a clear path with ample room.
All of our rentals are priced for 6 hours. Which you can book anytime you want between 10AM and 8PM. It's only $20 extra for each additional hour!
Please note that we will still deliver your rental before your event start time. Also on many occasions we have to pick up your rental after the event end time. It just depends how busy we are that day.

Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
We don't typically work on Sundays. If you call our office, they will let you know if your event has the qualifications of renting on a Sunday. We don't do park rentals on Sundays.
Yes. There is an additional cost to rent a generator.
Note: The Generator is strictly to power a blower for an inflatable, or to power a concession machine IF you do not have an electrical outlet nearby. Blowers inflate the bounce house, not a generator. Generators provide portable electrical outlets to plug blowers into. If you have an electrical outlet nearby, you do not need to order a generator for a bounce house or concession machine.
1. Call the City Parks and Recreations Department and ask them what they need from us or if they have any restrictions or requirements for inflatables. Most parks will require a certificate from us where they are listed as additionally insured for your event. Some parks require a permit, and some just require proof of insurance from us. Please let us know if this is the case and we will direct the next steps! (NOTE: this is not the damage waiver that you can purchase from our company to protect the bouncer; that is different.)
2. Many parks require that you reserve a spot for your party. And most don’t have electricity that you can use for the jump house… if that is the case, you may need to rent a generator from us.
3. If you’ve rented a waterslide or wet inflatable, ensure that you have access and permission to use water at the location. You’ll need to bring a long hose.
For park rentals- Please let us know at least a week in advance if possible; earlier is better; so that we can plan and process accordingly.
All age requirements and maximum weight capacities can be found within the description of each inflatable. The maximum weight capacity is 800 lbs for all commercial units and is 200 lbs for all indoor units.
Yes. There is a limit of 3 gift cards per year.
Inflatables rented as DRY need to stay DRY. There is an extra fee to add water to the bounce house. Contact your driver or our office if you’d like to upgrade. Try to do this before your driver arrives at the set-up location or before they leave the set-up location.
Our rentals go for 6 hours at the starting prices listed on the website. If your timeframe goes over 6 hours, your price will increase at $20 per additional hour.

For 7% of your total rental costs we will waive any damage that happens to our equipment during your possession of said equipment, excluding intentional damage or theft. (This is not liability insurance, it is simply to cover the cost of small damage that may occur to our equipment).
Unfortunately, no. We care deeply about the safety of our customers and want them/their kids to be safe when using our equipment.
As your event approaches, especially during the rainy season, keep an eye on the weather. If it looks super rainy for the day of your event, please contact us and we will work with you to meet your event's needs. *Please see cancellation policy.*

*Usually when a blower is not working, it is because it tripped the electrical circuit. Make sure the blower is the only thing plugged into the circuit as it can draw up to 15-20 amps*

*Low pressure is recommended to drip water on the top of the slide, keeping it wet. Too high of pressure can cause the water to shoot over the slide, defeating the purpose of the drip system.*

All of our waterslides have pools. The Combos have a small landing area.
